From the Terroir to Luxury Packaging.

Vignite revolutionizes agricultural biomass harvesting thanks to its mobile and autonomous Nomad v1 units. Through our proprietary binder-free thermo-compression process, we metamorphose viticultural co-products directly on-site into premium rigid materials for haute cosmétique, perfumery, and spirits. An absolute circular economy, without aesthetic compromise.

The Barrier to Entry: The “In-Mold” Standard

The cutting-edge engineering of the Nomad v1 unit does not simply thermo-compress biomass without binders; it redefines the standards of the luxury and packaging industry. Our process is based on a major technological breakthrough: the absolute mastery of the thermal cycle.

Dimensional Stability (The “In-Mold” Secret)

Contrary to traditional approaches, we have integrated cooling directly into the mold. This standard guarantees millimeter precision, essential for meeting the uncompromising specifications of cosmetics and perfumery.

Industrial Hyper-Profitability

Mastering this thermal shock allows for a drastic reduction in cycle times. The production cadence is fully optimized, guaranteeing an unmatched profitability per unit (Nomad Op) in the biomaterials market.

Double Impact & Certified Biochar

The engineering of our module (Nomad Stock) goes beyond the simple material. The process simultaneously generates a high-value-added co-product: a certified biochar, opening direct access to the highly lucrative carbon sequestration market.

INPI Patent: Process & Architecture

Our technological advantage is locked in. Our patent filed with the INPI fully protects our binder-free thermo-compression process and the embedded architecture of our Nomad units.

Material Characterization

The robustness of our bio-composites is proven. Our thermo-compression trials on the upcycling of almond and walnut shells have been characterized and technically validated by the IUT de Nîmes, and a partnership is underway with the Planet platform of INRAE (SupAgro, Montpellier).

Supply Agreements

Our deployment strategy at the source is already underway in the field. We have officially signed a first Letter of Intent (LOI) with Sud’Amandes for the direct upcycling of their residues.
